Terms of Service
Effective 12 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and MSECAMP LLC, 12 Daniel Road, Suite 318-333, Fairfield, NJ 07004, United States ("we", "us"), for the use of Sendicorn. By creating an account you accept them. If you use Sendicorn for an organization, you accept them for that organization.
1. The service
Sendicorn sends newsletters, automated emails and transactional email for you, and keeps your contacts, templates, flows and reports. You can connect AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT. We send your email through our Amazon SES account.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give a working email address.
- You're responsible for what happens in your organization: the members you invite, the roles you give them, the API keys you create and the AI assistants you connect.
- An AI assistant acts within the project and the permissions you approve when you connect it. What it does within them counts as done by your organization. Sending, scheduling, turning flows on and seeing full email addresses each need a permission you grant on purpose.
- Tell us at once at hello@sendicorn.com if you think someone else has reached your account.
3. Sending rules
You may email only people who agreed to hear from you, and you must follow the laws that apply to your emails and your recipients, such as the GDPR and ePrivacy rules in the EU, CAN-SPAM in the US, and Turkey's Law No. 6563, including registering with İYS where it applies to you.
You must not:
- send to bought, rented or scraped lists, or to addresses that never signed up;
- remove or hide the unsubscribe link we add to marketing emails, or keep emailing people who left;
- send anything illegal, deceptive, or harmful, including phishing, malware, and content that impersonates someone else;
- send from a domain you don't own or aren't allowed to use;
- try to get around our limits, pauses or the suppression list.
To protect every customer's deliverability, sending pauses on its own when a project's bounce or complaint rate crosses our limits, addresses that bounce or complain aren't emailed again, and people who unsubscribe get no more marketing email. We may also pause sending, or suspend an account, while we look into abuse or a complaint. When we do, we tell you why, unless the law or an ongoing abuse prevents it.
4. Your content and your contacts
What you put into Sendicorn stays yours. You let us store, process and send it only as needed to run the service for you. For your contacts' personal data you are the controller and we are your processor, as our Privacy Policy describes. A data processing agreement is available on request.
5. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars, in advance, through Stripe, Inc.. Prices are on our website and in the app, and taxes are added where the law requires. We give at least 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect for you. You can cancel anytime and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund part of a month unless the law requires it.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Sendicorn running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or remove features; if a change takes away something you rely on, we tell you in advance.
Whether an email reaches the inbox is decided by the receiving mail provider, so we can't guarantee delivery or inbox placement.
7. Ending
You can close your account at any time; export what you need first. We may end or suspend your account if you break these terms, and we end it with 30 days' notice if we stop offering the service. After closing, we delete your data as our Privacy Policy describes.
8. Liability
Sendicorn is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Disputes go to the courts of New Jersey, unless the law gives you the right to go to your local courts.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we email account holders at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Using Sendicorn after that means you accept the new terms.
